Gold medal Character

Theperformance of Sally Pearson is a awesome one. Unlike so many ego driven athletes she did not pout and carry on about the disappointment of the disqualification after the 100 meter race. she dealt with her emotions and then got back on the job for her next race.

This shows an awesome character and balance in life. She knew the rules, respected authority and had grace enough to be sure she spoke to the teams involved and communicated that there were no hard feelings.

It is great to see a sports personality doing it so well when so often the media is so focused on the poor attitudes and bad stories.

So well done Sally a true role model!
