Well well what a week it has been, a crazy week in the world of cricket. All the talk about appealing, walking, trust... Neither side is innocent there is not aside in world cricket that only appeals when a decision is out, both India and Australia hung around when given out!! Yes their were dodgy decisions given but both side appealed and took the decisions! India did not call Ponting back when he middled it into his pads and was gives out LBW Australia did not call Dravid back when he missed it and was out caught. If you want batsmen to walk, then you have to be prepared to call them back! so India can get all shirty with Australia but as every mum in Australia taught us two wrongs don't make a right!
On Walking don't walk! On bring caught in slips don't look at the umpire! Get off!
The issue of racism? If India did not know that calling Symonds a monkey was an issue when Australia were in India recently then they are stupid! But Ponting should have just told Symonds to get on with it, I am sure that would have been his preference. But India can't have it both ways! They world out want their players called monkeys.
on umpires it is all so easy from or Conge chairs to fell if it was an Edge or not. Hawkeye is wrong often especially on night! There are some guesses that it makes!! So don't hang an ump with the "evidence" of hawkeye! cameras are not perfect. Snicko is flawed too. that grot is excellent as it is a pure science! So the umps had a bad test, so did Clark ad he came good ! Dravid has had a bad series so he can't cry about one bad call!
so let's stop the calls for Ponting's head and get back to cricket!
