Craig has posted his view of David Hicks and I have to say I agree! Just deal with it. It is just wrong! It is wrong if it was proven he was a terrorist, let alone if he is not!
But for goodness sakes, charge the man with something. Give him the access to rights that you consider so sacred that you’re willing to blow other countries up. That makes sense, right? Charge him and let due process take over. Let democracy and human rights work.

If only it was that simple - the court they've got set up for him over there isn't going to give him a fair trial. So he's probably (unfairly) screwed even if he does get charged.
