How times Change

Well when you wake up early you learn stuff!  My 6 and 3 year olds are playing down on the floor. (Yes as per last post very very early!)  It is interesting to hear their dolls say, I looked up on the Internet and it is going to be very hot tomorrow!  How times have changed!  My action men and my sister's Barbie were unable to check up on the Internet and see what the weather was going to be, they just had to wait till they woke up and then dress appropriately.  Our kids are truly growing up in a vastly different world, the question is is it a better world?  If not what should we change to make it a better world to hand over to our kids?

I heard this quote on the radio

We are so busy giving our kids what we did not have we do not have time to give them what we did have!

How sad and true that statement is!
