When we go through tough times in life we often hear it said that when we get to heaven we will understand it all. People tell us this to bring comfort. However I am not completely sure that this is how it will be! If we were to get to heaven and understand everything that would make us God and I think start the whole process again.
In talking with a group of wise friends (they will like that) about the topic we came to realise that in our opinion in heaven we may get to see the whole tapestry but we are not promised to know which is our thread in the picture.
To expand we will be so focused on what God was doing and is doing that the small thin thread of our lives will appear indefinable, but the way the Colours work out to make the picture will be obvious.
When finally we get to heaven the light and shade will make sense and there in that peace and God's love we will find rest!
