When you ask for advice are you asking for extra data to make a good desicion or are you looking for some one to agree with you so that you don't have to take all the blame for your actions.  I guess what we need to do is ask for advice that is not just what we want but what is the honest answer to the question at hand. The other side of this coin is what sort of advice do you give? Don't give people advice you think they want to hear,but rather advice that is wise and true.
