What do Scientists actually know

It is interesting that in a world where we are constantly told by science what we should and should not do that in reality the scientists only think that they know.   A study has been released showing that the ozone layer is getting healthier, but the scientists don't know why. So how did they know what was causing it to break down?  I am sure that they do not know as much as they claim.  They have a lot of ideas they think they might know a lot of stuff but what do they really know? 

The whole of creation is so far beyond the minds of man that it will never stop confounding those who try to understand it!  Again this is a continuation of the results of the fall.  Eve and Adam wanted to know everything and ate the fruit of the tree.  Since then mankind seeks to fulfill this desire to know everything.

It is nice to see creation get it's own back ever now and then, confirming to the world that science has not yet got it all under control.
