What to look for in a Church

So as we begin the journey to find a new church home we are away for a holiday so we have the luxury of time to think about what it is that we are actually looking for.
I am well aware that no Church is perfect and if we were to find one that was we should leave it alone as we are sure to wreck it if we stay very long. 
In our search it is not about programs and systems it is not about size it is all about the character of the people and the Church as a whole.
I think I can narrow the criteria to just a few characteristics:
Is the bible central and is it taught well?
Are there people there who have a heart for Kids?
Are they looking for the Holy Spirit to be active amongst them?
Are there great times of celebration? 
Other than these things as we move from a small Community in an emerging Church we will most likely start our search in a large and more anonymous place, just a place where we can go and be a family.
