Well out we went and after lossing the toss we headed out to feild for the day. We did well all up bar a tough middle session. we started well and had them 2 for 19 there were then several good partnerships taking them to 5 for 231. After this wicket we got on a roll bowling them out for 235! We then batted for 8 overs and are 1 for 6.
On the selfish side I had a good day out, my first spell of 9 overs brought 1 for 23 then the second spell had a golden patch with 5 runs off the first over of the spell and then took 4 for 2 from 3 overs. So my total take was 13 overs 5 for 30.
Now we go on the slow road to being able to walk upright again and get ready for a bat next week.
